Every trainer is certified in our proprietary Fusion Fitness Club® martial arts infused methods. Plus, they can incorporate traditional personal training platforms depending on your needs.

    8 months ago I started a new chapter in my life my moving to Manila. Weighing in at 150kg I realised I needed to change my lifestyle and create new habits. After checking out Fusion Fitness I knew instantly this was the place where I wanted to start my transformation. Since joining Fusion, I have been blessed to train with some of the best coaches that Philippines has to offer. Not only have they got the best out of me by pushing me in my PT sessions and group classes, they have created a friendly/welcoming environment that made we want to train even on the days where my motivation wasn’t there. So far in my journey I have dropped 30.8kg, weighing in at 119.2kg in 7 months. Big thank you to all the coaches at the gym without you guys this would not have been possible. I look forward to spending more time in the gym and smashing my future targets

    “I started to exercise regularly in April 2022, and wanted to remain consistent by finding a guided activity that I enjoy. That's how I joined Fusion Fitness Club in July 2022, and eventually got Personal Training under Coach Floryvic. I discovered that I enjoy MMA and found supportive gym friends, so I was able to workout 2-4 times a week. They helped me push my limits during a session, but I also learned not to be too hard on myself when I skip the gym or my diet. I'm still living my life, but I've definitely conquered my old habits and myself!”

    Why do I work out? Because I know what it felt to be weak and sick I know what it felt, to look at yourself in the mirror and feel like you don’t recognize yourself anymore Because I know what it felt, to be hurt and rejected Because its a place where I find a little sanctuary from the noise in my mind Because I wanted to help myself and love myself again.     “I’m one of the founding members, I joined sometime around April of 2022. I’m an avid attendee of Strike Class. The appeal of the class is I get to workout with other people and this serves as great motivation to keep pushing myself to keep up with the others. I also religiously join the MMA sessions when I can. It’s a great way to learn new moves and interact with others through friendly sparring. They’re also very open to me exploring the equipment after each workout which is great! I would say that my experience with Fusion has been great overall. The members are friendly and the coaches are even friendlier. Plus it didn’t hurt that I'm shedding unwanted weight while I’m at it.🚴‍♂️

    Sweat Class - The class was exhausting but FUN. The coach will push you to your limits which is great for me. The Sweat Class will make you really sweat lol, but all in all, I enjoyed the training. I am really thinking of joining the gym.
