That's how I joined Fusion Fitness Club in July 2022, and eventually got Personal Training under Coach Floryvic.
I discovered that I enjoy MMA and found supportive gym friends, so I was able to workout 2-4 times a week.
They helped me push my limits during a session, but I also learned not to be too hard on myself when I skip the gym or my diet.
I'm still living my life, but I've definitely conquered my old habits and myself!”
